Tom is an award-winning filmmaker, drama facilitator, actor, writer, director and producer. He co-founded esc films in 1999 and has shared his work globally at 34 universities in 13 countries.

Michael MacBroom is a filmmaker and videographer with extensive experience making both fiction and documentary work.

Karen has been working in Belfast and the US for the last 10 years as a filmmaker and animator. She also teaches Moving Image Arts.

Joel is an animator and multi-disciplinary artist whose work has been broadcast on channels such as BBC ONE, CBBC, Channel 4, Discovery and ZDF.

Ben Price is an award winning self shooting and editing director with over 20 years experience in videography and short film making.

Don is a former Chief Executive of the Labour Relations Agency, NI Human Rights Commission and Consumer Council. He now has a portfolio of roles including Non Executive Director of Translink, Diversity Mark Assessor, and Management Consultant.

Moyra is an English teacher at Wallace High in Lisburn, as well as being a part-time counsellor and full-time mum.

Róisín is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Chartered Management Consultant, with 22 years experience in insolvency and international development, and a passion for strong financial management.

Heather is Director of The Northern Ireland Confederation for Health & Social Services and brings her experience of working at a high strategic level in N. Ireland to esc films.

Charlotte is a Professor of Shakespeare Studies, working in education for 30 years, passionate advocate for those who have experienced educational poverty, the criminal justice system, neurodiversity and adverse child experiences.

Chris is a technology consultant with professional services firm, PwC. Chris also has many years of experience working with third sector organisations.
