Leading a Trauma Informed System into the New Decade – 5 March 2020, esc films captured the Safeguarding Board of NI’s 2020 conference. Over the last three years SBNI have collectively built the momentum of Trauma Informed Practice through the understanding of Adverse Childhood Experiences across NI organisations. In 2019 they collectively began to share their ambitions of what was possible in terms of creating and embedding trauma informed practice at an organisational and systemic level. In 2020 senior leaders came together to share their transformation journey to date and to explore how they will continue to lead a Trauma Informed System into the New Decade.
