Today we are going to take care of ourselves. When we feel sad, worried or angry or afraid we can do this little practice to help us to feel taken care of and strong again. Sometimes when we hold all our emotions in, it can feel worse. Sometimes when we deny them we might feel exhausted or another difficult emotion might come up. In this practice we are going to really look after ourselves. It’s ok to feel what we feel. Feelings are there to be felt and we can take care of them with our own kindness.
This practice is called ‘taking care of myself’.
