Today we are going to relax into our bodies so that we can give our minds a little holiday, a little rest. So that they don’t have to think so much. And we are going to find out what’s going on in our bodies. We might have a lot of tension, tightness or restlessness. When we pay attention to our bodies we are right here in the moment. We do this by paying attention to different parts of the body.
This practice is called ‘relax your body, rest your mind’.
