Today we are going to bring our taste buds alive by eating some chocolate in a completely new way. For this practice you are going to need some chocolate or something that you love to eat. Make it small and instead of eating it quickly and grasping for the next chocolate or biscuit or sweet we are going to really savour it
This practice is called ‘chocolate bliss’ – or if you don’t like chocolate or don’t have any then we can do this with a biscuit and call it ‘biscuit bliss’!
