Isolated and alone, the last place I thought I would find comfort was in a group of people.
We worked in close partnership with the Belfast Trust to give women with learning disabilities the chance to tell their own stories as part of a therapeutic film-making project. Involved both behind and in front of the camera, the participants have created a series of powerful, honest short films and a behind the scenes documentary.
