Today’s relaxation practice helps to ease our busy minds and learn to enjoy our breath. When we pay attention to our breathing we can let go of thinking and when we follow our in-breath and out-breath we begin to feel more rested and relaxed because we are activating the soothing system in the body. This practice is called ‘breathe into restfulness’.
